Normally, we're not much fans of classic red on modern three-pointed star vehicles, but the following SL 55 AMG is bound to make one giant exception.
The only visual mods to the car, apart from the front carbon fiber spoiler lip, are a set of very good-looking ADV5RS light-alloy wheels, with a polished and Gloss ManBronze finish that pretty much screams racing car.
Yet, the result is simply breathtaking, even though the professional photoshoot that the car received is most likely a rather good part of the reasons for that.
To keep the personal opinions going, we kind of like the car better with the top on, especially since there aren't that many convertibles in motorsport (and the wheels are pretty motorsport-ish looking).
Some might say that a red Mercedes-Benz convertible is more appropriate for posing than for performance, but keep in mind this is a 500 hp supercharged SL 55 AMG we're talking about.
