Lexus Canada recently set up a 2014 Toyota Corolla test drive location in Mississauga’s Celebration Square, inviting people to try the new compact sedan and say their opinion.
The model used for the test was the upscale Toyota Corolla S which starts at $19,000 MSRP. The model comes with nice features like a unique piano-black front grille, integrated rear spoiler, integrated foglights, chrome exhaust tips, leather-trimmed steering wheel, remote keyless entry, automatic climate control, backup camera, LED headlights and daytime running lights, cruise control and more.
Powering the new Corolla is a 1.8-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine which comes standardly attached to a CVT on the S model. The system sends 132 hp and 128 lb-ft to the front wheels and the drivetrain can be set on Normal or Sport driving modes.
