Ramp Jump Goes Wrong for FMX Star Emma McFerran

When it comes to riding the extreme way, becoming a pro is no guarantee that one is now free from hard times. Of course, a professional rider will be way more careful than an amateur, but the going can get tough in an instant.
Australian female FMX star Emma McFerran has learned this lesson at her own expense after what seemed a routine ramp launch went horribly wrong. Namely, Emma clearly loses balance as she begins to descend from her high jump and fails to correct the landing angle.

Now, if you're acquainted to jumping using vehicles (a bike does it all the same), you know that landing on a flat surface is way harder than landing on a descending slope. Should the jump have been made in other conditions, the result could have been different.

However, Emma hits the ground really hard when landing and the sight is not that pretty. Lucky for her, she is ok now.
