Now that the Macan is out, Porsche is keen to keep the crossover under the spotlights, with the latest effort of this kind coming in the form of the adjacent video. The clip showcases the production of the Porsche Macan.
The crossover is made in Leipzig, from the components to the final assembly. The site also brings the Porsche Panamera and Cayenne to life, using a modular architecture for the production lines it employs. Last time Porsche’s Leipzig factory was in the headlines, the Germans invested half a billion Euro to upgrade the plant. The site now has a capacity of about 50,000 vehicles per year.

The clip below shows us a few production stages of the Porsche Macan, from the mixed machine-man effort in the paint show, to the moment when the badge is applied to the car.
