"Porsche already builds the Macan, so what's the deal with this tiny Cayenne?" I hear you asking. To start with, we're dealing with a rendering here. Of course, this sort of detail has the potential raise more questions than it answers, so let's zoom in on the pixel contraption.
For one, this rendering places the front end of the third-generation Cayenne, along with the wheels of the Zuffenahusen SUV on the second-gen MINI Countryman. So, if the thing had been real, it would've actually cast a smaller shadow than the Macan.
At least to these eyes, the two styling languages come together rather nicely for this pic. However, this sort of digital shenanigan is here to put a smile on our face rather than preview a future product. Speaking of which, the plethora of models offered by the Volkswagen Group means Porsche should be able to steer clear of entering the looks-over-capability subcompact crossover segment.
