Porsches have always had an understated nature, which is one of the best things about the current 911 Turbo S, be it a Coupe or a Cabriolet. And when a tuner comes along with a respectable output increase, you can almost call the range-topping Neunelfer a sleeper.
Think about it - the 911 Turbo Cabriolet we’re here to discuss has 669 PS and 880 Nm (650 lb-ft). And since the visual side of the Zuffenhausen machine has been left in factory stock condition, we’re expecting this 911 to offer quite a few surprises to Italian supercar owners, for instance.

Sure, the 911 Turbo Cabriolet does look fast, but you wouldn’t expect it to hit 100 km/h (62 mph) from a standing start in just 2.77 seconds, would you? Oh, and the evil smile-inducing acceleration figures keep coming as the velocity increases.

For instance, the 0 to 124 mph (200 km/h) sprint is achieved in 9.32 seconds - for those of you who don’t usually keep track of such figures, we’ll mention that anything under 10 seconds feels like an experience you’ll remember for the rest of your life.

As for the maximum velocity of the tuned Porsche, this sits at 335 km/h (208 mph).

The aftermarket tech package is detailed in a company statement which says that "The technical details besides the modified engine management are: adaptation of the gearbox control software, two exhaust gas turbo chargers with variable geometry turbo charger (VGT), two modified air suction systems, two charge air coolers, a sports filter and the necessary TÜV or DTC (Switzerland) certificate. Optionally, you can order an exhaust system with irresistible sound."

For the record, the standard car extracts 560 PS and 700 Nm (517 lb-ft) of twist from its twin-turbo 3.8-liter flat-six. It requires 3.2 seconds for the 0 to 100 km/h run, while its top speed sits at 318 km/h (198 mph).

The modification package comes from O.CT Tuning and, as we mentioned above, the company only targeted the engine of the Porsche.

Since we’re all waiting to see what the mid-cycle revamp will bring for the 911 Turbo and Turbo S, this custom 911 serves as a temporary way to quench our thirst.
