Peugeot Introduces Mu Mobility Program iPhone App

Last year, Peugeot introduced the Mu mobility program, a system that allows French users to access instant transportation solutions, including multiple vehicles, scooters and accessories, by using a rechargeable account.

Now, the French carmaker is introducing an iPhone application that allows Mu users to monitor and perform transactions directly on their iPhone, thus making the service even more accessible and reducing the duration of Mu operations.

Around 2,000 people have created a Mu account so far - the company considers that this is a user base that will certainly benefit from the new app by using the phone to review ongoing transactions, plan trips in advance, communicate with Peugeot mobility consultants or get directions to a Peugeot dealership.

The app covers the entire range of Mu services, such as prices, sales, locations and others. It can also be used to order mobility accessories, make reservations and even schedule driving lessons with one of the network’s partners. The software is now available on the App Store.

The “Mu by Peugeot” program was initiated in July last year in the French cities of Brest, Luons, Nantes and Rennes. In February this year, Paris was added to the project’s list of locations. Peugeot has important expansion plans for the development, as the company wants to become the mobility services segment leader. Mu by Peugeot will be available in Germany, Spain, Italy. Belgium. The UK will follow in the second half of the current year. The program will be offered in Berlin, Madrid, Barcelona, Milan and others.
