Peugeot ENVY Facebook Campaign Goes Live

Peugeot’s “Beware the Consequences of Envy” media campaign ‘whodunnit’ moves into its concluding stage, with the launch of a dedicated Facebook competition that will award its winner with a brand new Peugeot 207 ENVY special edition.

“The mystery started with a heinous crime, as jealousy drove an unknown suspect to send a Peugeot 207 ENVY special edition to a watery grave at the bottom of a suburban house’s swimming pool,” the company explains.

The campaign has included radio adverts, TV adverts and a range of newspaper and magazine adverts that have helped creating the mystery.

“Now, as the investigation moves online, would-be detectives can simply visit the ’Whodunnit?’ tab at the Peugeot Facebook page to access video interviews and evidence from phone records for four equally ‘likely’ suspects. They can also examine the crime scene for clues that unlock further interrogations. Finally, they can accuse the suspect who they believe ‘dunnit’,”
Peugeot adds in a statement for the press.

Those who correctly identify the culprit will be entered into a prize draw to win a Peugeot 207 ENVY special edition. The competition closes on the March 31, with the winner announced shortly after.

The ENVY special editions models are available on the Peugeot 107, 207, 308, 3008 and 5008 ranges, each adding alloy wheels and air conditioning plus enhanced comfort features like tinted windows and Bluetooth Connect to an already impressive level of specification. They are also available in a wide range of colors and engines.

ENVY owners can also enjoy Peugeot’s Just Add Fuel personal finance package, which wraps up all the major motoring costs - vehicle cost, insurance, warranty, roadside assistance and servicing - into a single monthly payment that is fixed for an inflation busting three years.
