Calling the crash in this video a hit and run may be a bit too much since there was no physical contact between the crashed scooter and the idiot driver who cut him off and caused the wipeout.

Unfortunately, the ignorant driver who caused all this simply drove off, ignoring altogether the fact that a rider came off his scooter in a very nasty way and got injured. Even though the scooter rider is back on his feet, we can clearly see that his back hurts and if we were him, the hospital would've been the first place to go to, after having called the cops and secured ID data from the driver who had all taped.
Guy who was aware enough to miss running the scooterist over by just inches. We hope the Passat idiot drove no more for some months and now he's paying damages dearly.
