Paris Hilton's Brother Sued by Gas Station Employee

Being Paris Hilton's brother shouldn't exempt you in any way from the rule of law in case you make a slip.

So now it results that Paris Hilton's dear brother is being sued by a 76 Station employee, Fernando Mendoza Tellez, who claims he has been injured by Barron during a drunken drive, TMZ has learned.

The incident happened a year ago 8:30 a.m. when Barron hit him at the gas station in his Mercedes-Benz. Paris Hilton's brother was supposedly drunk, therefore, he drove the wrong way on Pacific Coast Highway. Then, he entered the 76 Station and started driving wildly in circles.

Obviously, Barron was busted and plead no contest to DUI. But now things have complicated since Tellez is taking him to court for... unspecified damage. And he might have chances to win as the details of the story incriminate Paris Hilton's brother. Fernando says he was standing at one of the pumps when Barron's car hit his leg. He added that the impact threw him over the pump and caused injuries. When Barron eventually stopped his car, two guys in a Nissan jumped out and grabbed the keys in Barron's car, so he couldn't continue driving.

Now, the real question is: who is going to support Fernando's testimony in court? So far, we haven't found out about witnesses at the scene being eager to accuse Barron. Although we want to believe that Fernando knows what he's doing and has found people to support him, we're afraid that Paris Hilton's brother might get away without being punished for his deeds. Someone should teach these guys a lesson to understand that being rich and famous is no excuse for being a bastard. Sadly, we live in a world where money closes and opens all doors so, stay close, we'll come back with details.
