Since the design for the Gallardo dates back to 2003, people naturally expected a replacement would be coming soon. Rumors suggested a concept for the replacement, called the Cabrera, would show up in Paris, but instead the company’s CEO thanked the 13,000 customers who have bought this V10 supercar with another facelift.
The front end of the Gallardo has been completely changed. The spirit of the stealth fighter is strong with this one, because it’s packed with edges and triangular shapes that want to cut you if you’re not paying attention. It’s much the same story round the back, while the new 19-inch Apollo polished wheels add extra flare.
If this isn’t enough for you, Lamborghini can also fit the optional Style Package that adds high-gloss black paintwork on the underside of the front spoiler, front and rear grilles and the transverse element of the rear trim. The overall impression this car now gives is much different from the 2003 original.
Inside, it’s a much more subtle affair, as the black alcantara seats are done with the Q-Citura stitching. The center console in finished in yellow, and the dashboard is covered in black leather.
