Based in Washington DC, the agency becomes the agency of record for the financial institutions after serving as a partner for the past three years. Pappas has been until now in charge with setting up the creative direction for the two.

From now on, Pappas will also take over the advertising of product benefits and the establishment of a customer loyalty campaign.
