The Lexus ES is so popular in the US now that there are high chances you’ll spot a film star casually driving one.
And according to this spy photo, actor Owen Wilson drives an ES 300h. He was captured somewhere in Santa Monica on October 23rd, appearing to try and avoid a parking ticket.
The picture is too narrow to reveal much, but judging on what Owen holds in his hand, it appears that he made a quick stop for a juice and a can of something, parking in the wrong place due to the rush.
As always, the vigilant parking warden came and gave him a ticket, for which he didn’t look to glad. Bet he was hoping for an autograph.
The Silver Lining Metallic Lexus ES 300h he drives is powered by an 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder Atkinson engine aided by an electric motor, totaling 200 hp sent to the front wheels via a CVT.
