Oklahoma Woman Is So Drunk She Unwillingly Bails Her Truck Leaving a Toddler to Steer

If done on purpose, this would be the driving equivalent of the “throw the kid in the water and let him figure out by himself how to swim” method.
To get behind the wheel after consuming alcohol is bad enough. To do it with your three-year-old twins in the car is even worse. To do only god knows what and manage to somehow fall out of the truck while moving, leaving the toddlers to fend for themselves, that has got to put you into contention for the worst mother of the century award.

And yet, a woman from Oklahoma did all three of the above. Her name is Taloa Foster (shame! shame!) and she is a 33-year-old mother who, as of now, is charged with child endangerment and could face severe repercussions. I believe nobody (except for her, maybe) would find it an exaggeration if she were to lose custody over the two kids.

Being drunk (in the middle of the day, we might add, just to make matters even worse), she climbed into her pickup truck together with her twin sons and set off. It is yet unclear exactly what happened, but the fact of the matter is she fell out of the truck while driving, which left the two boys alone in the moving vehicle.

Luckily, one of the twins rose up to the occasion and grabbed the steering wheel, doing what his mother failed to and bringing the car to a stop. With the help of a grassy embankment on the side of the road, to be completely fair.

According to his mother, who was arrested only moments later, the boy had unfastened his seatbelt and she was reaching out to try and secure him when she fell out. Yeah, that story doesn’t hold water very well with us either, but at least she had the decency to come up with one.

The important thing is that the two kids got away unscathed and that nobody else got hurt either, considering that the car was traveling down a four-lane road so there were plenty of opportunities for disaster to strike.
