Oil, gravel, ice, sand, and even plain water, they are all a rider's "enemies" at times. And since they are sometimes "ambushing" the unsuspecting rider, being able to ride and scout head for road conditions at the same time is a mandatory skill for the motorcyclist who values his hide.
Unfortunately, not all riders are paying enough attention all the time, and it looks like it's exactly then when things go rough.

This fellow had enough bad luck to run across a portion of asphalt covered in something which resembles oil or similar fluids. And since he was accelerating to pass the truck, it's only seconds until his bike goes down.

Lucky for his to wear full riding gear and not sliding under the truck. Now, this is a very good lesson for how important wearing protective gear is.
