Novitec is introducing a tuning program for the Fiat Punto Evo that targets all the versions in the range. The kit covers the performance, as well as the aesthetic areas of the car.

The Fiat Punto Evo’s 1.4 liter 16V MultiAir turbocharged powerplant received the tuner’s Power Jet 2 Auxiliary control unit that comes as a plug-and-power unit. This raises the unit’s output from the factory-stock 135 hp and 206 Nm to 160 hp & 246 Nm of torque. This allows the model the sprint from standstill to 62 mph in 7.9 seconds and offer a top speed of 130 mph (209 km/h).

The same treatment is used for the range-topping Abarth Punto Evo, which sees its output boosted from 163 hp to 184 hp.

The turbodiesel models in the line-up have also been tweaked, as the tuner has used the POWERRAIL 5 model. The beefiest turbodiesel in the range, the 1.6 liter 16V multijet now delivers 144 hp and a maximum torque of 356 Nm.

The tuner also offers a special range of exhaust systems for the Punto Evo.The list includes 26 versions and users can choose between exhaust with one, two or four tips.

The tuning house has created an exterior kit for the vehicle. This includes a new front bumper add-on element, a dome and a set of scoops for the hood, fresh side skirts and rear spoiler with a diffuser.

The Punto Evo now rides on Novitec N10 alloy rims with 10 double spokes. These come in a 17 or 18 inch size and can come painted in silver or use a polished black surface. The kit also includes multiple sport suspension kits that can bring the car closer to the road by between 35 and 75 mm. The top suspension comes with adjustable damping rates.
