Nobody's Towing This Guy's Car. Not in One Piece, at Least

Seeing your car get towed away can be a very disturbing experience. For a lot of people, the car is their most prized possession. Note I didn't say "most expensive" - that would normally be your home - but it's definitely the one men care for the most.
You wouldn't expect a pre-2000 Toyota Avensis to spark this kind of reaction, though, at least not in the year 2016 AD. That's not exactly the kind of car to grow a passion for, but on the other hand, it will become very clear throughout this short clip that this man is not thinking clearly.

I too have returned to my parked car only to find it hanging in mid-air, on its way to a flatbed truck. Unlike this guy, though, I talked to the people in charge there and managed to convince them to put it back down, using reason and a calm tone of voice. This man shows none of the above.

If he had parked his car illegally, then he probably should have accepted a fine and everything would have been over quickly. If it was being repossessed for some reason, then it's never a good idea to forcefully get in the way of the law. Do I need to tell you what would have happened if this had taken place in the US of A instead of Her Majesty's United Kingdom?

We said men view their cars as the most valuable objects they own, but this guy doesn't support that idea. Why would he willingly choose to throw it off a two-foot-high platform if that were the case? What exactly was he trying to achieve? Did he think he would get enough momentum on that short platform to get all four wheels on the ground? Did he think the car would just glide down to the ground like a feather? Did he think?

Well, whatever the reason he was in trouble for, this little escapade will probably only add to that. Not to mention put a serious dent in his self-esteem. Just look at the face of the police officer in the high-visibility jacket: even he's rolling his eyes, exasperated: "Why do I have to deal with these idiots? Why couldn't I have become a psychiatric ward guard and deal with more normal people?"
