Noble Reports Working on Fenix Supercar

The founder of the Noble brand is back in business. Lee Noble, known for iconic supercars like the M12 and M400 (as well as the original Ultima and Ascari, among many others), is now working for Fenix Automotive Limited and is due to launch a new supercar next year.

The yet unborn and unnamed supercar will ensure a great performance-to-cost ratio, Noble says.

However, Noble gives us something to start dreaming with. The future supercar will cost from under £75,000, while spanking all Nobles for performance with a 0-100 mph time of under seven seconds. So, track day drivers or not, you should start saving your money for the new Fenix supercar.

“Our new car will offer buyers performance and dynamics that they’d normally have to spend well over £100,000 to experience, but at a far more affordable price,”
said Lee Noble. “It will combine simplicity, strength and agility, while its two-seat, closed body will ensure sensible levels of refinement for road use. “

“And thanks to a feature which will be revealed nearer the car’s launch, it will be amazingly practical too, for both track and road users,”
added Noble.

However, though we still have to wait until the first pictures of Lee Noble’s new creation, the renown designer and engineer says the car is a production reality. In fact, the first prototype which will be used to validate the chassis and powertrain, is currently being built in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, in the same plant that produced all the M12s.
