Putting two and two together, Photoshop artist X-Tomi Design made a digital rendering based on the official sketch that, apart from a few details that don't quite seem right, is pretty much what the car is expected to look like, at least from this angle.

Part of the new wave of Mercedes' design language, the front of the car sports a very prominent angular grille with a pair of headlights that closely resemble the shape of the ones found on the current A-Class and C-Class.

The side design is not much different than the current Viano generation, with the window lines becoming a trademark of the model.

Engine-wise, the upcoming model is expected to lose its V6 versions according to some reports, although we don't know how the new 9 G-Tronic hyper-efficient automaticwill fit into a four-cylinder-only engine lineup. Either way, the old 5 G-Tronic, still featured by the current Viano, will mmost likely be replaced by either the 7 G-Tronic or the new 9-speed.

The 2015 Viano is expected to be launched at the beginning of 2014 and it might actually be previewed by a concept model to be unveiled in one of the upcoming international car shows.
