The 2014 Viano minibus has once again been spotted, and this time its disguise has thinned out enough for us to understand its looks.
The vehicle wears a new front fascia that looks a lot like the latest Mercedes sedans, the E- and S-Class.The grille is massive and is flanked by equally large headlights. The lines curve gently rather than angle sharply they the currently do. Strangely enough, the Vianno looks a little bit like a Civic hatch now, thanks to the protrusions of the bumper.
As for what we’ll be under the hood, the only info available so far, an unofficial one, is that the van will receive BlueEfficiency diesel engines. Hopefully, more advanced gearbox technology as well. Mercedes reportedly pulled its money from EV development, so don't expect an electric version.
We'll know more once the new Viano goes on sale, probably later this year.
