Fiat's British division has just announced the pricing for the new Panda, with the vehicle set to enter the UK market at the end of the current month. The fresh five-door Panda starts at GBP8,900 and can climb up to GBP12,250, depending on the engine and equipment level.
The vehicle will be launched with three engines: 69bhp 1.2-litre petrol, 85bhp 0.9-litre TwinAir, and 75bhp 1.3-litre MultiJet 2 turbodiesel and will offer the same number of trim levels: Pop, Easy and Lounge.
The Panda will offer an optional Low Speed Collision Mitigation system which can activate emergency braking at speeds lower than 18.6 mph (30 km/h).
“I’m delighted that we remain highly competitive against our key rivals in this small car sector,” says Elena Bernardelli, marketing director, Fiat Group Automobiles UK. “We are particularly good value when you take into consideration the levels of equipment offered in standard specification across the range.”
