Miss Tuning 2009 - Martina Ivezaj

No matter on who you had your eyes or ...mind on, Miss Tuning 2009 was finally crowned, as the final stage of the contest was completed on Sunday, May 3, at the Tuning World Bodensee, Germany.

The competition started first with 350 ‘yummy’ contestants, which were finally narrowed down to the best 20. It was a tight (and we mean tight) contest, as all the finalists had that special something going on.

It was the 19-year-old international model Martina Ivezaj that took the crown right from last year’s winner, Daniela Grimm, closely followed by models Leslie Braumann and Nina Zivkovic.

We don’t know about you, but if you ask us, the jury did a very good job. Speaking of them, the jury  was comprised of Timo Scheider (DTM champion in 2008), Bernd Hiemer (SuperMoto Champion in 2008), Wolfgang Groener (Wochenblatt chief editor), Ralf Becker (autobild.de), Gerhard Wiest (label.m), Daniela Grimm (Miss Tuning 2008), Lina van der Mars (Falcons), Eddie Paul (U.S. tuner), Ludger Hartz (Tourist Board British Virgin Islands) and Katharina Kuhlmann (Miss tuning 2003).

What did Martina got out of this contest? A Seat Ibiza SC for a full year and she has become the official ambassador of the tuning industry.

She will also pose in a photo session on the British Virgin Islands for Seat Ibiza, session which will eventually be turned into a calendar to promote the car (or as a drewling support for men).

Taking a look at the 2009 Miss Tuning Calendar (featuring former Miss Tuning, Daniela Grimm), we expect to see Martina in some pretty interesting images... But put a stop to your imagination, since the results will be seen soon and it's a pity to spoil the surprise.
