Mickey Rourke Bike by RSD

American actor Mickey Rourke is a renown motorcycle enthusiasts and has even used the adrenaline-popping two-wheeled machines in some of his films. Let’s take, for example, the Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man where he starred as Harley Davidson, a biker whose best friend, Marlboro, was played by Don Johnson.

In fact, that movie became somewhat of a cult classic following its release to video, promoting a "male biker" stereotype. Bon Jovi's "Wanted Dead or Alive" is played over the opening credits as Rourke travels across the southwestern United States on his custom Harley Davidson.

Most recently, Rourke he turned to the bike builders at Roland Sands Design for a unique project, which he ocasionally
assisted, accompanied by his equally famed friend, actor Jason Statham.

The latest update on the project brings the nearly completed bike, which we must add it looks amazing. The finished body has been assembled onto the skeleton, and the form of a finished product  begins to take shape. The pearl white paint is done by Chris Wood.

RSD says that after a visit from Mickey a few months ago they decided to go with satin black on pearl white flake paint and over the top Gold and Black finishes. All the gold accents went on the gloss black motor and their first set of two tone anodized black and gold Boss wheels arrived.
