Mercedes CLS 63 AMG Design Process Video Released

Ever wondered how a car gets from synapse to shaped metal? Mercedes-Benz is offering to answer this question, with the carmaker giving us a very sweet example: the CLS 63 AMG. The adjacent video show us how the mighty four-door coupe travelled from being a paper design to a digital one - yes, we don’t get to see the complete design process, but we don’t care.
At the end of the footage, we get to see a complete digital sketch that reveals the car in all its glory. We’re inviting you to sit back and watch a designer work his magic.

We’ll remind you that under all those muscular design lines, we get a V8 unit capable of delivering 525 hp in standard form, or 557 hp when the AMG performance package is installed.
