After making everyone (including us) believe that the station wagon version of the new C-Class W205 will be unveiled as early as at this year's edition of the Geneva Motor Show, Mercedes-Benz is still keeping the tarps on the model ahead of an upcoming official reveal.
Of course, we already showed you guys how the non-camouflaged car looks, thanks to our spy photos with the model from last November.

On the other hand, those images were a bit fuzzy, while the following ones offer a much closer look to how the proportions of the upcoming Mercedes-Benz C-Class Wagon (Estate or T-Modell, depending on country) stand out.

As most of you know, the model will feature the exact same engine lineup as the sedan variant, meaning that European clients will have have a rather wide choice of four, six and even eight-cylinder powerplants.

The least powerful version will sport a Renault-sourced 1.6-liter turbodiesel with just 130 hp but the fuel economy of an econobox, while the most powerful will obviously be the C 63 AMG Wagon, with at least 476 hp in the “base” variant and over 510 hp in S-Model guise.

Newly-introduced optional features like Airmatic suspension, head-up display and a touchpad controller for the Comand infotainment system will also be available on the car, making it not only the most fuel-efficient but also one of the most technologically-advanced car in its segment.

Expect more details about the C-Class Wagon S205 in the upcoming weeks, since it shouldn't be unveiled at either the 2014 New York Auto Show or the 2014 Beijing Auto China.
