When it comes to US sales, BMW has had it all its own way for most of the year, but company officials said they were not focused on this year, but the next. And they were right, since the fact that the 3-Series is only coming next year is costing them dearly. During the month of November, the Bavarians were outsold by Mercedes Benz by about 5,000 vehicles, which helped them close the annual gap to just 1,600 cars.
Mercedes saw increased demand for the refreshed C-Series and also for the brand new M-Class SUV. Their overall figures jumped an impressive 47 percent during the month to 26,796. Meanwhile, BMW only managed a 7 percent increase to 21,521 vehicles, despite the huge rebound seen by the industry.

It will be a photo finish race to see which will be crowned the new luxury car winner at the end of the year, when Lexus is sure to lose it title.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
