We recently told you that the McLaren was on its way to closing the order books for the P1, but the company still hasn’t showed us the final production model. We don’t even know the specs of the P1 yet, but the carmaker has decided to showcase a red example of the vehicle in Bahrain.
The P1 was taken to the Bahrain International Circuit as part of a preview event for VIPs and you can see a photo of the car above. However, the company didn't accompany this with new info about the car.

McLaren has recently offered us a video that shows the P1 during track testing, with the vehicle being put driven hard and shooting flames - a habit shared with the MP4-12C.

The P1 will feature multiple technical solutions inspired from McLaren’s Formula One activities and if you take a close look at the rear wing in the aforementioned clip you’ll get a perfect example of this.
