We’re starting to get the picture with what’s going on in Russia. All the strange happenings which occur there are down either to bad parenting, either to alcohol, or both.
In this case, it’s just bad parenting. The little girl is clearly running from her mother, but what is extremely disturbing is the fact that her parents are so bad at parenting that they left the gate open so she could run straight into the road.
Thankfully, the driver was paying attention to the road ahead and avoided what could have been a very different kind of video. This just goes to show that a single moment of distraction at the wrong time can and does have extremely serious consequences.
