Bell Helmets and Carey Hart have closed a multi-year deal to have Hart as an official Bell ambassador. Carey Hart and his Hart Luck Brand will also design special edition, one-off designs for limited series of helmets, like this one that celebrates the 75th anniversary of the Sturgis motorcycle rally.
This helmet is the very first product resulting from this collaboration. Carey Hart came up with the primary design, the left Airtrix' Chris Wood, an older collaborator of Bell's work his airbrush magic on the Custom 500.
A motorcycling icon and a legend in freestyle motocross, Hart is also a huge custom bike enthusiast. He says that becoming an official partner of Bell helmets is an honor for him and a great opportunity to deliver more exceptional additions to Bell's line-up in the future.

This limited edition helmet will only be sold online through jpcycles.com but can be bought at Sturgis, too, at the J&P Cycles booth, while supplies last.
The fact that Carey Hart is a celebrity and is also married to a celebrity like Pink doesn't mean that the Bell helmets proudly displaying the Hart Luck insignia must break the bank.
Bell sells the Hart Luck Bell Custom 500 for a nickel under $200 (€181). The fiberglass shell lid is DOT-approved and weighs 1200 grams (2.65 lbs).
