The Lexus GS range has been increased this year by the introduction of the 300h version, joining the GS 350 and GS 450h, probably to be increased one more time with the new 200t version in the near future.
However, the Lexus GS 300h got launched on the Japanese market and Lexus Japan recently announced that the car is available for test drives at its dealerships.
The GS 300h slides between the GS 350 and GS 450h, coming at a price of about ¥5,140,000. Under its hood, you’ll find a 2.5-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine aided by an electric motor, producing 217 hp while achieving 54.6 mpg according to the Japanese JC08 cycle.
As with the rest of the range, the GS 300h will wear the same equipment, including LED foglights, head-up display and an 8-speed automatic transmission, and will be available with the F Sport pack.
