Leg Day in Russia: Pushing Against a Car Doing a Burnout

For those who haven’t paid attention to that part of the Russian population that likes to visit the gym, we’ll mention these guys aren’t exactly the type that skip leg day. In fact, they appear to have a special tradition for this, something that has to do with motorized leg presses.
The entire shenanigan is demonstrated by the guy in the clip below, who replaced the leg press with what appears to be a... Lada. Not only is the man, who appears to be in his 40s, working against a car, but the vehicle is also doing a burnout. Heck, we could even call this the... motoring press.

Sure, the front-wheel drive burnout is a assisted by a bit of fluid under the front wheels, while it also looks like the driver pulled the handbrake, which means our strong Russian is far from doing any work here. This also explains the man’s training uniform, especially his slippers. Even so, we wouldn’t try this at home. In fact, we wouldn’t try it anywhere.

Still, it looks like the camera guy got the whole thing wrong. It’s not difficult to understand what we’re thinking about here - this was supposed to be captured by a dash cam in order to be fully legit.
