The Las Vegas Strip will receive its first Harley Davidson dealership, due to open its doors in October on Nevada Day, also offering rentals and a riding academy, alongside the retail shop. The MoCo has designed a one-off 150th anniversary-themed motorcycle which will be offered as the grand prize in a raffle.
The motorcycle is called the Nevada 150th Commemorative State Bike and getting a chance to wing it means buying at least one of the raffle tickets which will be on sale from February, each worth $150 (€110). The draw will be held on October 31, with all the proceedings going towards the Nevada Sesquicentennial celebrations.
A 2014 Harley-Davidson Street Glide FLHX was chosen to become the Nevada 150th Commemorative State Bike, with custom silver leaf painting and the Battle Born Nevada 150th logo on the front cowl, the State Seal on the tank and state flag on the rear fender.
The Las Vegas Strip H-D dealership will be built on the east side of Las Vegas Boulevard, just north of the famous Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign and south of Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino.
