The Lamborghini Miura makes for a design manual in itself, which is why the Sant'Agata Bolognese is one of the icons of the automotive realm. However, the new wave of car lovers sometimes enjoys playing with such machines.
For now, we've brought along a rendering that portrays a Miura that has been given a thorough transformation.
The Miura has been gifted with modern-looking bits and pieces and while the nose of the thing looks like it's been borrowed from a Lamborghini racecar, it also comes with a widebody kit.
Well, at least the front half of the Lamborghini packs the fat-body approach since most of the rear body has been stripped out.
Thus, the engine compartment of the V12 toy is now exposed, while the posterior of the machine accommodates a motorsport-grade wing.
Digital artist Yasid Oozeear is the one behind this contraption, with the man having a fetish for such transfotmations.
Now, if this rendering looks extreme, you need to consider that the retro Lamborghinis have already started receiving similar mods in real life.
As far as the Miura goes, Liberty Walk installed a widebody kit on such a machine. Fortunately, the Japanese aftermarket developer used a kit car and not an actual Raging Bull, so purists have no reason to fret about this one.
However, we can't say the same about a Lamborghini Espada we recently showed you. The Grand Tourer has been cut into Rat Rod form, with the transformation being handled by a French shop.
And while the Espada kept its V12, the engine now sits in an exposed compartment which makes for one of the build's most extreme sides.
You see, since the fight for social media attention is becoming fiercer and fiercer, we'll only get to see more icons being taken down the extreme mod path.

Miura on drugs Š Would you rock that or something else to you liking? A peel p50 maybe?
