Judging from the automotive point of view alone, Greece is basically nonexistent as a manufacturer. They’ve never developed any mass-production vehicles of their own and we highly doubt this will change in the future.
However, Greek inventor and architect has built a high-performance car on his own and he’s ready to unveil it at an event scheduled later this week. Called Korres Project 4, the vehicle is about four meters long and weighs about 1,600 kg.
The sportscar is powered by a 7.0-liter LS7 engine coming from a Chevrolet Corvette Z06, which means that no less than 505 HP are stuffed under the hood. Thanks to it US-develop mill, the Korres is able to reach a top speed of 300 km/h (186 mph) and accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in only 3.8 seconds.
Further details have yet to be revealed, but we’ll be back with more info on this Greek musclecar as soon as the vehicle loses it wraps.
