Is it just us or are European customers buying American cult vehicles (Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep -that sort of thing) just like US buyers are going for European chic - Fiat 500s, MINIs and such? Oh well, the Old Continent is really lacking pure icons, and it might find them in the masculine Jeep range.
According to 4X4 Magazine, the best place to look would be the Wrangler, since they awarded it an accolade as the most iconic off-roader. With looks from the Second World War and a go-anywhere attitude to life, who can blame them?

"Why is the Wrangler our Icons winner? Because once behind the wheel in the rough stuff, the Wrangler effortlessly confirms what makes a great off-roader,” says Nigel Fryatt, editor, 4x4 magazine. “Add that it's now civilised and comfortable to drive to the shops, and there really was no contest.”

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
