Japanese Man Jailed for Posting Video of Himself Speeding in a Gallardo

Japan is a wondrous place. Its in habitants are some of the most disciplined people on the planet, and this applies to most of their daily activities, which they do in an orderly fashion, never stepping ‘over the white’ line to get ahead. This is the reason why traffic legislation is also very strictly enforced, in order to deter drivers from ever breaking the law.
Sadly for a 38 year-old man from Hiroshima, the CEO of a local company, he is now behind bars for driving a Lamborghini Gallardo much too fast through a tunnel, at around 160 km/h (100 mph), which is 100 km/h (62 mph) over the accepted speed limit. Despite the fact that he encountered no cops on his drive, he was later taken to justice after authorities saw the video of his drive, which he had posted online.

The motivation? Well, the man wanted to experience the mid-mounted V10 in a tunnel, and he wanted to record it for posterity. Sadly, the judge who will pass his sentence will definitely not see it that way!
