James Glickenhaus has done it again! After creating the Ferrari P4/5 Competizione masterpiece and turning it into a hybrid, he manages to record the fastest Nurburgring laptime set by a Ferrari vehicle during the 24 Hours of Nurburgring in his creation.
Glickenhaus took the 458 Italia-based P4/5 Competizione ‘round the Nordschleife in 6:51, beating the previous Prancing Horse record set by the Ferrari 599XX race car, all this in a vehicle that is supposed to be street legal, which makes the whole thing much more interesting.

He then told Jalopnik that the adventure was “pretty cool” and... are you ready for it? invited Ferrari over to the ‘Ring to challenge his time. The Italians might brag that they do not respond to such challenges, but if they use Enzo's spirit, they should be in Germany soon!
