Spartaco Capon from Lissone, northern Italy decided to buy a car so he could be on time at work, as public transportation was no longer an option. The 35-year old accountant had been scolded by his boss for always being late, but when he got the chance to drive to the office in his new Fiat 500, the car wouldn’t start. So big was his anger, he ravaged it with an axe.
They say there are two type of people out there, those who accumulate their anger continuously and those who constantly give it off. Obviously, those who are considered dangerous do unexpected things and that’s pretty much what this fellow went through.

His boss had been warning him about turning up late at work, so Capon decided the public bus won’t work anymore. After all, the Fiat 500 is quite a popular city car that fits just perfect in the busy urban traffic. Furious at being let down by it, Spartaco cracked and smashed every panel on the car with an axe.

Cops wouldn't believe it was his

Reports are that, when the cops got to his door, it took some time for the man to prove the car was really his, as normally people wouldn’t destroy their own cars. “We think he must have been under a lot of stress at work lately and he was taken to hospital where doctors helped him to calm down. They are keeping him in for tests,” a police spokesman told to the media.

Even though the poor fellow finally got a week off, it was not as a stress-free holiday, but for getting treatment in a psychiatric ward at the local clinic. What is even worse, the car itself was declared a worthless asset by a local garage, so probably he won’t be driving to work too soon.
