We’ve seen some rather beautiful M4s so far, since BMW started delivering them but, apparently, not everyone agrees when it comes to picking the right color. While we’re fervently arguing for the Sakhir Orange or Mineral Grey, other people go for colors like this one.
Actually, we don’t even know how to call it. It’s a matte green that somehow looks close to grey but that simply doesn’t do it justice. According to the original post on Autogespot, the car was spotted in Belgium and, by the writing on the doors it seems like it belongs to BMW Cocquyt Brugge.
Why they would pick such a color is beyond us, especially considering all the nice colors BMW has on offer for this model and the ones you can get through the Individual program. That’s expensive though, at least compared to a wrap, which we suppose it’s what happened to this poor M4.
Prices for this car start just over the €72,000 mark in Europe and we really don’t think that the dealership couldn’t afford to get a different paint for their showroom car. Even if they did, since this seems to be a wrap (or at least, we hope so) they could’ve used a different color altogether as well.
We know we’re nitpicking and that, if given the chance, we’d probably drive it anyway but if a better choice is on the table, why not take it?
