Sorry to put it so bluntly, but some rider are simply too stupid to operate motorized machinery on public roads. And the idiot in this video is irrefutable proof to back my assertion.
I mean, how stupid must a fellow be and try to overtake cars stopped at a junction? Instead of slowing down and keeping things on the safe side, exactly because the chances of another vehicle entering the intersection were sky-high, this dumb guy simply speeds off to overtake the stopped line.
I an not sure he even has the time to regret his idiot decision, as he brakes hard, comes off his scooter and crashes head-on into the car. Luckily for him, he misses the side mirror by inches. Otherwise we'd have seen an instant death by extreme facial mutilation.
