Hyundai Presents ix20 Sketch: Set for Paris Debut

The automotive world is in a perpetual change, with the niche segments becoming more important than ever. This means that automotive producers from around the world are making efforts to develop vehicles that enter this segment in order to attract new buyers.

The latest news related to this subject comes from Hyundai, which has released a sketch of the ix20. a B-segment MVP that is scheduled to be unveiled at the Paris Auto Show.

As you can see in the adjacent image, the vehicle will come with a ultra-modern look, using muscular shapes as it is aimed at promoting Hyundai’s dynamic image. The ix25 uses Hyundai’s “fluidic sculpture” design language.

Developed by the company’s European research and development center located in Russelsheim, Germany, the car will be the automaker’s seconds European-created vehicle, after the ix35.

The company describes it as a vehicle that will offer practicality and fun at the same time, offering a generous interior space for its class and satisfying the driver.

Under the bonnet of the ix25, you can expect to find a range of economical engines. The vehicle’s powerplant line-up will include two gasoline units, a 1.4-liter and a 1.6-liter, as well as a 1.4-liter diesel powerplant.

Hyundai’s Paris goodies list will also include the world premiere of the i10, a refreshed version of the company’s city car.
