As the countdown for the start of the Paris Auto Show starts to pick up speed, details on the models to be presented at the show keep surfacing.

Being a home venue for the French manufacturers, the Paris Auto Show promises to be filled with French goodies, more or less specially created for the event. From those French carmakers, Citroen is promising quite a treat for automotive enthusiasts.

Among the Citroen vehicle to dazzle the crowd in the country's capital, Citroen will be displaying the facelifted version of the C4 Picasso, a model which will be offering visual changes alone, with little performance tweaks.
As for and more vehicles out there do, the C4 Picasso will also get LED lights.

Other minor changes can be seen at the front and back ends, as well as in the wheel options for the model: the car will ride on 17 inch Scandola and Malawi alloys. On the interior, the model will bring at least a new steering wheel.

There are apparently no changes brought to the engines offered with the model.

The limited information available about the C4 Picasso facelift pretty much ends here, but rest assured the team we'll be sending at the event will be providing you with more scoops.

We will also be focusing on another Citroen premiere promised for the event, a new concept car which will be revealed later today and which might be the first incarnation of the new Citroen DS5 or the production version of the DS4. Announced this weekend, the unveiling of the new concept will be taking place today on Facebook, so stay tuned for more updates on the subject.
