One year after the re-creation of Husqvarna as a new (from an economical point of view) brand, the former Swedish brand, now under KTM ownership is surfacing the model year 2015 motocross and enduro motorcycle line-up. Remaining faithful to the old-school two-stroke design, Husqvarna maintains three such motorcycles and three 4-stroke models in the MX segment, while the ration in the enduro class is 3 to 4.
Just like we expected, the new Husky machinery comes with upgraded looks and are now endowed with modern lines and significantly smoother, more flowing shapes. Graphics have also been updated, with the new Husqvarna machines exhibiting a nice, luminous livery with a white background (on which mud will look almost heroic) and the classic blue and yellow stripes and accents.
The motocross roster contains the TC 85, TC 125 and TC 250, while their 4-stroke counterparts are the FC 250, FC 350 and the FC 450 flagship. The Enduro range comprises the TE 125, TE 250 and TE 350 t-stroke machines, complemented by the FE 250, FE 350, FE 450 and the top-drawer FE 501 machine.
MX bikes receive the WP 4C S motocross-specific fork with improved damping and a 22mm axle, a new rear shock with better linkage and 4mm longer stoke, for upgraded suspension and handling characteristics. The minicross TC 85 receives a lighter swingarm, while the FC 250 and FC 350 have received revised clutch baskets and springs.
Husqvarna upgraded the Enduro bikes with new headlights and front fenders, while the triple clamps of these bikes have been redesigned for easier mounting. The forks also come from WP and are the same 4C S closed cartridge units. TE 250 and TE 350 got lighter 3Ah batteries, while the FE 250 and FE 350 enjoy the abovementioned clutch updates, with the former model also sporting a longer 6th gear.
