Supercars are true pieces of art that manage to combine form with function, delighting the humans they are serving in every possible way. Get behind the wheel of such a vehicle, or just ride as a passenger and you’ll instantly be taken into another world.

We are talking about a world where driving dynamics come to offer a bouquet of sensations that are nothing short of unforgettable. And this is not all. Supercars don’t even need to move in order to impress.

These vehicles have a bewildering presence that manages to char anyone who dares to look them in the headlights. Knowing all these, it’s easy to understand that these cars come with special needs. Let’t take the wheels they use for example. These have to be light, in order to keep the unsprung weight down, strong, so that they can withstand the extreme punishment the vehicles are receiving and use a stunning design that should allow them to turn heads.

Today, we are presenting you a custom set of rims that come to offer a special set of assets. Actually, we are talking about a one-off set of wheels, which have been created by HRE and customized by CarbonTek.

So, the wheels started out in life as HRE Comp 90’s: the front axle ones come in a 20x8.5 inch size, while the rear axle ones use a 20x12-inch size. CarbonTek enjoyed playing with the rims and the result is impressive, as the wheels have been fitted with a polished gunmetal finish for the center, a carbon fiber overlaid inner barrel and a carbon fiber overlaid lip.
