How to Turn a Porsche 911 Turbo into a Mattress Carrier

If you think about it, whenever want to redecorate, the first priority is usually finding a right kind of furniture to cater to your wife’s whims. Only after that do you take into consideration the fact that you have to get it home, unpacked and put together. This is usually all done with the help of a friend that has a van, a plan and know his way around a screw driver.

This way, your beloved sports car stays true and you don’t have to deal with the humiliation of driving from Ikea to your home with a big pack of furniture strapped to your roof. But what if you don’t know that humiliation? What if you don’t believe that you’re getting filmed and posted on Youtube for the delight of over 11,000 people (at the time of writing)?

Then would you strap a huge mattress to the roof of your Porsche 911 Turbo? We wouldn’t, but what do we know.

At least this proves beyond all doubt that the 911 is indeed the most practical of all the supercars on the market. You couldn’t do that with a Lamborghini Aventador Spyder, now could you? Nor should you do that, because it would be filmed and posted on Youtube.
