When Hamann originally launched the Mirr6r body kit for the F12/13 M6 we were quite disappointed. It wasn’t because the overall concept was ugly but rather because it was all wrapped in chrome foil that doesn’t really suit our taste, especially on a sunny day.
Compared to the Mi5sion kit for the M5, this one definitely takes the cake, chrome or not. It is simply repulsive, making a stylish and elegant car like the 5er look like a hooligan, stripping its away all of its class in a heartbeat.
The M6 kit just got a new, sort-of commercial from the German tuner, one that involves, as expected, a nice pair of legs and some slow motion shots of the car, dressed in matte grey with carbon fibre bits and pieces here and there.
Overall, if you decide to get it, we’re sure you can choose the color you prefer and just parts of the kit if you don’t want the whole thing. As for under the bonnet, Hamann made sure you can also get some more power and torque.
The stock 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 under the bonnet can be raised from 560 HP and 680 Nm (501 lb-ft) of torque to 720 HP and 760 Nm (560 lb-ft) of torque if you want to, turning it into a near 200 mph beast.
