A rare ‘bird’ was just spotted somewhere in the Netherlands, featuring some rather unusual style for a BMW. Unlike a normal E63 M6, this one was turned into a real tourist attractions by means of a couple of scissor doors and a Hamann wide body kit.
The Hamann body kit was seen before and doesn’t stray too far from the usual style the German tuner usually applies to its creations. Compared to the stock car it uses wider wheel arches, a new rear bumper, new side sills and a new front bumper, of course.

There’s a new ‘wing’ installed on the boot lid alongside a roof spoiler and the overall color theme of the car went black and white with the bonnet, roof and trunk painted black and the rest sticking to the base white. The wheels are also featuring the same design.

The doors are the most intriguing bit though as scissor doors are not common on a Bimmer and we think there’s a good reason for it. Especially on the E63 model, they don’t really make sense as the design Mr. Bangle created for the M6 was heading a different direction.

Under the bonnet, the V10 S85 5-liter engine was upgraded, now making 560 HP, around 10 percent more than stock with a sharper throttle response. Now that you’ve seen it, what do you think? Is it good looking or an abomination?
