Somehow, the idea that a Ferrari should be red, black or yellow has been fixed in everybody’s head with a pin. Fortunately, some people have an imagination and have realized the 458 Italia actually looks better if you go for some unique tone.
Red is never going to feel as special as this! The color is officially called Grigio Medio (medium gray) and reminds us of he tone jet fighters have on their bellies to camouflage them when you’re looking from the ground.

These photos taken by freelance photographer Jason Thorgalsen show just how extraordinary this color can look in combination with darker wheels and sporty details like red brake calipers that just pop out at you.

Cosmetic changes made to this car include Novitec mirrors, euro spec front bumper (the car is probably in the New York area), black roof, carbon fiber front and rear spoilers, carbon fiber front and rear spoilers and even painted front emblem.
