The Geneva Motor Show was extremely crowded this year, but there were some cars that just stood there and gathered all the attention, with one of them being the new M6. BMW has brought the Coupe incarnation of the beast to the Swiss event, with a red example greeting the crowds.
Under that long hood, we have the M5’s 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8, so the driver can play 560 hp and a peak torque of 680 Nm (502 lb-ft). The unit is matted to BMW’s seven-speed M-Double Clutch Transmission, which sends the power to a special differential that makes sure you stay on the road even when abusing the throttle.
As for the straight line performance, the 0 to 62 mph sprint sits at 4.2 seconds (4.3 for the convertible), while the 155 mph (250 km/h) electronically-limited top speed can be increased to 189 mph (305 km/h) using the M Driver’s package.
