Nevertheless, we will take this chance and tell you that the latest Furious 7 video really makes us miss Paul Walker, one of the actors who most likely made the action franchise what it is today.
The seventh installment is weeks away from kicking in the theaters which is why Universal Pictures is making all the last preparations to make sure fans all over the planet remain as connected to the movie as possible. We get that, it’s pure marketing. Yet this extended first look relesed the other day kind of makes you feel like you’re on your seat at the movies and already watching it.
The video shows one of the coolest scenes in the franchise, when the gang is parachuting at the wheel of some kickass cars. Tyrese is too afraid to jump but eventually joins the others when Ludacris is activating one of his car’s parachutes.
Now, about what we were saying earlier. Yes, we’re pretty sure that apart from the commercial success the movie will most likely have, watching it is a beautiful way to say a final goodbye to Paul Walker who will always be remembered by fans. The producers even made it a family thing since they hired Walker’s brothers, Caleb and Cody and used them as stand-ins.
The first movie of the series to take place after 2006’s Tokyo Drift, Furious 7 is set for release on April 3rd and stars Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Lucas Black and Jason Statham.
